Qatar’s Ministry of Interior is today inaugurating the 29th Gulf Traffic Week, which includes an exhibition aimed at raising awareness of road safety issues, as well as an exchange of ideas between countries in the region.

The main event grounds at Darb Al Saai, beside Sports Roundabout in Al Sadd, will feature a military parade, police canine demonstrations, a car exhibition – classic, modern and crushed – as well as a “traffic village” for kids.

UPDATE: From today through Thursday, March 14, activities will run from 8:30am to noon and 4pm to 8:30pm. Here’s the schedule, courtesy of Gazanfarulla Khan.
